DLF Home Developers Ltd, part of DLF Ltd, has received an ISO 9001:2008 certification, making it the country’s first realty firm to achieve this internationally recognised quality management system accreditation, the company said in a statement on Monday. The company added that the certification would help to improve communication, and bring about positive changes in the organisation’s culture such as driving responsible business growth, improving cost effectiveness, and market accessibility.
