Rajeev Talwar, CEO, DLF, has taken charge as Chairman of National Real Estate Development Council, the realty body said in a statement. Talwar is a Member of Board of Directors and CEO of DLF Ltd. A post graduate and a graduate from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, he started his career in 1976, as a Probationary Officer with SBI. In 1978, he was selected for the Indian Administrative Service and during his tenure till 2006 he held many positions in the Central & State governments as well as Union Territories.
