Excerpts of mobile phone conversation between Nayeem and his victim Ganpaa Nagendra recorded by the latter

Nayeem: What Anna (elder brother), all phones are switched off. Is it correct to renege your word on the promise of paying money?

Nagendra: Anna, I am in hospital because of sunstroke for the past 15 days, I couldn’t contact you.

Nayeem: If you want to record you can record I don’t care. Maximum, one case will be registered. You have sons. One of them will go to god.

Nagendra: Big brother, don’t say like that. I will fall on your feet.

Nayeem: I know you are planning to get me killed. Go with your plan. Let god see whether I die or you will die. You got PD Act invoked against my associates.

Nagendra: Brother, I am a small man. How can I do that?

Nayeem: Go to CM or some other person and sit there. Nothing will happen. Don’t you know and fear me? Did anyone dare to miss the promise of paying money to me?

Nagendra: Give me one month’s time. I will pay. I am not living in Bhongir.

Nayeem: Do you think I will die in a month. Look, I will not die.

Nagendra: I will fall on your feet. I am requesting you with folded hands, give me time till May-end.
