Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari reiterated that the State government would introduce free education from KG to PG from the next academic year.
He was here to lay the foundation stone for additional classrooms for a government school at Gangadevipalli in Geesukonda mandal on Sunday. As per the promise made by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao during his visit here, the government has sanctioned an English-medium school to the village up to fifth class. Similarly, Rs. 10 crore would be sanctioned soon for the rest of the development works as promised.

Mr. Srihari along with MP B. Vinod Kumar laid foundation for new roads between Kondaparti-Venkatapur and Venkatapur-Tharalapalli.
