An employment camp to recruit emergency medical technicians (EMT) and pilots for the 108 Ambulance Service operated by GVK-EMRI would be conducted at the District Employment Office here on October 3.
Eligibility criteria
According to a release from the District Collector, B. Sc. (Nursing), GNM, ANM, D.Pharm. and DMLT qualified persons (both sexes) in the 20-30 age group who have taken science in the higher secondary course are eligible for selection as EMT.
Diploma holders from medical colleges who have undergone training as EMT technician, ortho technician, respiratory technician, ECG technician or operation theatre technician (both sexes) in the 19-30 age group are eligible for selection as EMT trainees.
Males in the 24-35 age group having a height of not less than 162.5 cm, minimum of three years experience, having LMV driving licence and who have completed one year after obtaining the badge are eligible for selection as pilots.
