Arun Bhowmick has been nominated Additional Expenditure Observer for Nagapattinam District, held a meeting with officials on Sunday. He ascertained the action taken so far against the violation of election norms and also explained the procedure to be adopted in implementing the provisions of model code of conduct. S.
