Man claims he was cheated by godman

Mochiram Sahu, a resident of Ganjam district in Odisha, has filed a complaint with the police that Surendra Mishra and his two sons had taken over around one acre of his land at Chatrapur.

According him, due to threats from the Sura baba and his two sons, he had not complained about it till now. Mr Sahu also met the Ganjam SP Narasingha Bhol on this. .

Mr Sahu claims he had handed over this patch of land to the godman and his sons to get his mentally-retarded son cured. But his son could not be cured and he had to refer his son to a hospital in Bengaluru. According to him when he contacted Sura baba regarding his land, he was told that the land had been bought from him for Rs.26 lakh. Mr Sahu claims that he never got the money. According to him the sale deed was fake. His mentally-retarded son and an unknown person were named as witnesses in the deed. He also alleges that he was threatened by the godman and his sons.
