The Kollam branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in association with the Southern India Regional Council of ICAI is organising an awareness programme on the Income Declaration Scheme 2016 here on July 1. Renjith S., president of the Kollam ICAI, said that the programme is open for members and the general public.
Mr. Renjth said that since the programme is being held as part of the Chartered Accountants Day celebrations, the Kollam branch of the ICAI will distribute school shoes and socks to all students of the Malayali Maha Sabha School here. There will also be a blood donation camp at the Indian Medical Association’s blood bank at Asramam from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
