Manipal University bids farewell to SP

Manipal University on Wednesday bid farewell to Superintendent of Police K. Annamalai, who has been transferred to Chikka- magaluru following a one-and-a-half-year tenure in Udupi. According to a release, speaking at the felicitation function, H.S. Ballal, Pro Chancellor of Manipal University, said that Mr. Annamalai’s support was of tremendous help to the university.

“Udupi’s loss is Chikkamagaluru’s gain,” said Vice Chancellor H. Vinod Bhat. Mr. Annamalai thanked the university for the support extended to him during his tenure. He thanked the university for taking up the responsibility of changing the Manipal Police Station.
