Mahila Police Station shifted to Udupi

The Mahila Police Station was shifted from Kundapur to Udupi on Monday.

Government Order

In a press release here, K. Annamalai, Superintendent of Police, said that the Mahila Police Station had been shifted to Udupi as it was the district headquarters, as per a Government Order issued on November 24, 2015.

The Mahila Police Station is now functioning on the first floor of the Udupi Town Police Station.

All complaints relating to women should be lodged with the Mahila Police Station only.

All cases relating to women coming under Udupi Town, Manipal, Brahmavar, Kota and Hiriyadka police stations would come under the jurisdiction of the Mahila Police Station here.
