The II PU supplementary examinations will be held in 10 centres in the district from July 1 to 13.
Three centres are in Hassan, one each in Alur, Belur, Arasikere, Channarayapatna, Holenarasipur, Arakalgudu and Sakaleshpur.
B.C. Jayadevaiah, Deputy Director of Pre-University Education, has said the department appointed an observer and two vigilance squads for each centre.
A mobile squad has been appointed for each taluk. As many as 5,629 students are appearing for the supplementary exams. Among them, 2,762 are in Arts stream, 1,475 in Commerce and 1,392 in Science stream.
The Deputy Commissioner has imposed prohibitory orders within 200m around all examination centres in the district.
