The Kasturba Hospital has organised a Hospital Administrators Conclave (HACON 2016) here on January 16. The theme of the conclave will be “Creating operational efficiency.”
HACON 2016 aimed at bringing together senior management personnel, administrators and executives on a common platform to share the best practices of managing medical college hospitals.
Interactive sessions would provide an opportunity for the delegates to know how to overcome challenges and discuss the way forward and visit institutions to have a practical knowledge of managing the various operations.
