Special incentive for workers

The Chairman and Managing Director of SCCL N. Sridhar has said that the company workers will have something to cheer about when Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will make an announcement on special incentive for them out of the company’s profits this year.

They were paid special incentive at the rate of 20 per cent of the profit last year, Mr. Sridhar recalled at a meeting here on Thursday with the recognised union of the company – Telangana Boggu Gani Karmika Sangham – to discuss production, productivity, industrial relations, security and welfare. He stressed the cooperation of the union to fulfil the responsibility of the company to take Telangana on the path of progress.
