Nod for construction of six RDO buildings

The State government has given administrative sanction for construction of six Revenue Divisional Office buildings in four districts. Accordingly, construction of the buildings would be taken up at Kalyandurg and Kadiri in Anantapur district, R.C. Puram in East Godavari district, Naidupeta and Atmakur in Nellore district, and Anakapalle in Visakhapatnam district.

Each building is expected to cost Rs. 2 crore, taking the total expenditure to Rs. 12 crore.

The government also gave its nod for construction of 35 tehsildar office buildings in 11 districts.

The new offices would come up at Mandasa (Srikakulam), Salur, Bhogapuram, Sitanagaram, and Nellimarla (Vizianagaram), P. Gannavaram, Gollaprolu, Mamidikuduru, and Atreyapuram (East Godavari), Elamanchili and Kamavarapukota (West Godavari), Pittavanipalle, Muppalla, and Sattenapalli (Guntur), Kanigiri, Darsi, Tallur, Peddaravidu, Dornala, H.M. Padu, Pamuru, and Veligan (Prakasam), and Allur (Nellore). Construction of tehsil office buildings would also be taken up at Srikalahasti, Renigunta, Puttur, and Nagari in Chittoor district, Railway Koduru (YSR Kadapa), Uravakonda (Anantapur), and Banganapalli, Gonegandla, Nandavaram, Uyyalavada, Chagalamarri, and Sirivel (Kurnool).
