MP’s daughter booked for school PRO’s death

A case has been registered against Sujala, daughter of Nandyal MP S.P.Y. Reddy and two others in connection with the death of Nandi Academy school PRO M. Sumanth.

Sumanth, a resident of Uppalapadu in Orvakallu mandal, who was working as PRO of the school, died after being allegedly attacked at the behest of the school management for failing to achieve the target of enrolling 192 students in the school this year, Nandyal DSP Y. Harinath Reddy told the media at Nandyal. On a complaint lodged by Sunil, elder brother of the deceased, the police registered a case.
