Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will continue in the office for at least next 20 years, Transport Minister Sidda Raghava Rao has asserted.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday night, he took strong exception to YSRC president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy for allegedly using intemperate language against the Chief Minister during the YSRC meet held here in the last two days. Assuming power in a most difficult situation in the aftermath if the bifurcation, the Chief Minister was using his all his administrative acumen to transform the State into ‘Swarnandhra’.

“We will not yield any political space to Mr. Jagan’s party which has been rejected by the people,” he maintained, adding that all the poll promises would be implemented one by one.

Despite the financial burden, the State government had already hiked pension under various categories, hiked the duration of free power to nine hours to farm sector and increased the age of retirement for State government employees as promised during the elections, he added.
