Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee official spokesperson Kolanukonda Sivaji on Sunday came down on MLC and Telugu Desam Party’s city unit president Budda Venkanna. The Congress leader alleged that instead of focussing on people’s problems, the MLC had remained confined to his office. Citing the case of the victims of fire near Rajiv Gandhi flower market five months back, Mr. Sivaji said the victims who were given houses at Jakkampudi were being driven out of the place saying that they were not ‘eligible’. The Congress leader said Mr. Venkanna’s entire focus was on appeasing his party president Chandrababu Naidu.
