Fifteen passengers sustained simple injuries when an APSRTC bus going from Vijayawada to Hindupur fell into a canal near Owk Reservoir in Kurnool District on Sunday.
The bus was carrying 34 passengers including 26 workers of Vinukonda, who were proceeding for a road work at Hindupur. Banaganapalle RTC Depot Manager Sasibhushana Rao and Owk sub-inspector Venkatarami Reddy inspected the place of mishap. A case was registered.
