Eight Malayalam films for fest

Third Kozhikode International Film Festival to be held from February 10 to 16

KOZHIKODE: Jayaraj’s much acclaimed Ottal is among the eight Malayalam films to be screened at the third Kozhikode International Film Festival to be held at Tagore Centenary Hall from February 10 to 16.

The other films are Munroe Thuruthu (P.S. Manu), Aaradi (Saji Palamel), Ottayal Patha (Satheesh and Santhosh Babusenan), Pathinonnam Sthalam (Ranjith Chittade), Avastha (Baiju Laila Raj), Moonnam Naal Njayarazhcha (T.A. Razaq), Kathakali (Saijo Kannanaikkal) and Swapnadanam (K.G. George).

In the festival organised by the Kerala Chalachitra Akademi, Aswini Film Society, Bankmen’s Film Society, and the Federation of Film Societies of India, films from other Indian and foreign languages will also be screened.
