May 31, 2016 12:00 am | Updated 05:32 am IST - CHENNAI:

A letter allegedly written by S. Madhan of Vendhar Movies, a company which has distributed and produced big budget movies including actor Rajinikanth’s Lingaa, has shocked the film world.

The letter claimed that he is was going off to Kasi to attain ‘samadhi’. Those close to the producer have confirmed that he has been missing since Sunday.

The letter purportedly written by the producer says that he has always striven to take the SRM group and Vendhar Movies to the top.

The letter also suggests that there was a misunderstanding between T.R. Pachamuthu alias Dr. Parivendhar, founder of SRM Group of Institutions, and Mr. MAdhan. Those who have worked closely with him are trying to track him down.
