Self-defence classes

The Raja Annamalaipuram Residents Association, in association with Sensei Sundar Karate School, R. A. Puram, is organising free self-defence classes for women residents in and around R. A. Puram.

The four-session programme, with each session lasting 90 minutes, will sensitise students to be more aware of their surroundings, notice people or situations posing a threat and deal with attackers The classes will be held by sensei A.R. Sundar at Golden Tiara Apartment, Old No: 22, New No. 47, Second Main Road, R. A. Puram, Chennai on October 11th, 12th, 15th, and 16th, from 6 to 7.30 a.m. — Staff Reporter
