The APSRTC will operate special buses for the benefit of students appearing for the EAMCET, being held at various centres in the city on Friday.
A total of 100 specials are being operated. Students can avail themselves of the free bus facility both for attending the examination and returning home after the examination, according to RTC Regional Manger G. Sudesh Kumar.
The special buses going towards AU campus and Kotak Salesian School would start at 222 point (opp. GVMC, outside RTC Complex), and those going towards MVP Colony, China Waltair and AU campus would start at Venkojipalem (14 bus stop), according to Deputy Chief Traffic Manager (urban) G. Satyanarayana.
Similarly, those going to Sanketika Engineering College (near cricket stadium, PM Palem) would start from the 222 point (outside RTC Complex).
Buses coming from Gajuwaka and Simhachalam side would be extended up to VUDA Park and Maddilapalem. 12 D (Devarapalle) and 300 C (Chodavaram) would operate via Gnanapuram.
