G.S. Phani Kishore, Special Secretary, IT and Communications, on Saturday asked the MobMe Wireless Ltd, which is managing Sunrise Startup Village at Rushikonda to conduct bootcamps across the State to create awareness on innovative ventures among college students.

During his visit to the Sunrise Startup Village, he interacted with the promoters of startup ventures and tried to find out the problems faced by them. The official said mentors should be tagged to each startup venture in phases so that they could incubate their ideas commercially.

Mr. Phani Kishore said an ATM and a cafeteria would be opened shortly at the startup village to meet the requirements of the promoters and employees of the startup ventures.

The official, who was accompanied by Joint Collector J. Nivas, also visited the Rushikonda IT Park and elicited information on number of units under operation and the problems being encountered by them.
