CCC to address civic service issues

June 26, 2016 12:00 am | Updated October 18, 2016 01:18 pm IST - VISAKHAPATNAM:

The Command and Control Centre (CCC) launched at GVMC will display an executive dashboard with key process indicators to various department-level dashboards by analysing data and audiovisual streams emerging from a wide variety of streams. Developed by Fluentgrid Limited (formerly Phoenix IT Solutions Ltd.), the data on it will be analysed and correlated with data coming from other departments to identify abnormal events, patterns and exceptions to alert the concerned for further action and any disruption in civic service or process would be reported as an incident, a company statement said.

Managing Director and CEO of Fluentgrid Murali Krishna Gannamani said the partnering with GVMC for a transformative initiative would enable far-reaching benefits to the community as well as general improvement in city services.
