Major reshuffle in State administration

The government transfers 26 IAS, IFS, IRS, and IDES officials.

: In a major reshuffle, the State government transferred 26 IAS, IFS, IRS, and IDES officials on Friday.

Ashiwini Kumar Parida, Special Chief Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department, is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary Public Enterprises, in the existing vacancy.

Special Chief Secretary to Government (CT, Excise, & Reg. Stamps), Revenue Department Ajeya Kallam is posted as Special Chief Secretary Finance Department and(CT, Excise, & Reg. Stamps), Revenue Department.

Special Chief Secretary (RD), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Dinesh Kumar is posted as Special Chief Secretary to Govt. (RD), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, and Housing Development.

On transfer, P.V. Ramesh is posted as Principal Secretary Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department and Development Commissioner. He will also be the Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to Chief Minister for the subjects relating to issues pending with Government of India, pertaining to SR Act and job relating to Development Commissioner.

Principal Secretary (Lands), & Principal Secretary to Government (DM) Jagdish Chander Sharma is placed in full additional charge for the post of Principal Secretary to Government (Political), General Administration Department, until further order.

Principal Secretary Water Resources Department Aditya Nath Das is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (SE,IE,PE & SSA), School Education Department, vice Ram Prakash Sisodia transferred. Mr. Sisodia is posted as Principal Secretary Tribal Welfare Department and Skills Development, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department.

Principal Secretary Social Welfare Department Dr. Vijay Kumar is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary Minorities Welfare Department, in the existing vacancy. Shamsher Singh Rawat, who is waiting for posting, is posted as Secretary Social Welfare.

Secretary CIP, Industries & Commerce Department Solomon Arokia Raj is posted as Secretary to Government & CIP, Industries & Commerce Department and SERP. I. Srinivas Srinaresh, who is waiting for posting, is posted as Secretary (Handlooms & Textiles) and Managing Director, APCO.

Naresh Penumaka is posted as Commissioner, Handlooms & Textiles, CEO, KVIB, JMD, AP Handicrafts Corporation. On his transfer, Lav Agarwal is posted as Commissioner, Disaster Management and Ex-Officio Secretary to Government, Revenue (DM) Department.

Secretary Water Resources Department Shashi Bhushan Kumar is re-designated as Secretary to Government (Minor, Medium and Major Irrigation), Water Resources Department.

The services of G.S.K.R.Vijaya Kumar, IAS (2001), Managing Director, A.P. State Cooperative Marketing Federation (MARKFED) are withdrawn from the Agriculture & Cooperation Department and his services are placed at the disposal of the Social Welfare Department for posting him as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, A.P.SC Coop Finance Corporation Limited.

Social Welfare & VC & MD, A.P.SC Coop Finance Corporation Limited I. Samuel Director Anand Kumar is transferred and posted as Director, Health & FW and Executive Director, NHRM & PD., AP AIDS Control Society, in the existing vacancy.

M. Rama Rao, who is waiting for posting is posted as Director, Social Welfare. Ch. Sridhar, who is waiting for posting is posted as Deputy Secretary, Public Enterprises Department. Gurrala Srinivasulu, who is waiting of posting on his inter-cadre deputation to the State, is posted as State Project Director, Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan (SSA), vice V.B.Ramana Murthy, transferred. On transfer, Mr. Murthy is directed to report to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad. Capital Region Development Authority and Capital Area (CRDA) Addl. Commissioner Prasanna Venkatesh V is transferred and posted as Project Officer, ITDA, Parvathipuram.
