The city has developed a lot in the recent past and I am happy to be here again after many years, said actor Trisha Krishnan reminiscing her association with the city during shoot of her movie Krishna way back.

Trisha inaugurated the first showroom of NAC Jewellers, MG Road in city on Friday. Speaking briefly on the occasion she said, “I am glad to be here and the city has progressed a lot since my last visit. I was here during shoot of my movie Krishna in 2007 and liked the place”.

Trisha also posed for selfies with the lucky fans who won an online contest, during the event. NAC Jewellers MD N. Anantha Padmanabhan, director N Anand Ramanujam and others were present. Meanwhile, a life size make-believe elephant placed outside the showroom attracted bystanders and passers by.
