As many as 31 hotels have been identified in city for accommodating the VIPs invited for the foundation stone laying ceremony for the capital city at Amaravati on October 22.
The Krishna administration has started dispatching invitations to more than 1,500 VIPs from Tuesday for the grand event. Collector Babu A., the Chairman of the reception committee, convened a meeting with the officials of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) , Railways, APSRTC, Transport and other departments, at his camp office on Tuesday and reviewed the arrangements.
