Veteran BJP leader P.P. Mukundan is yet to get an official invite for attending the national council meeting in Kozhikode that is expected to chart the course for a major change in Sangh Parivar politics. When contacted on Tuesday, Mr. Mukundan told The Hindu that neither the national nor the State leadership has so far extended an official invitation to attending the crucial sessions. “The party leadership should take a conscious decision to make optimum advantage of the national council meet to better its fortunes for the future and also bring back to its fold all those who had made a relentless effort for building up the organisation in the State during the past five decades,” he said.
