College students take out voter awareness rally

A voter awareness motorcycle rally was organised by the Department of Commerce, Yadava College, here on Monday.

One hundred and twenty five students and teachers participated in the rally and 200 students distributed pamphlets containing messages on the need to exercise one’s democratic right.

The rally was flagged off by Commissioner of Police Shailesh Kumar Yadav.

Those who participated included S. Dhanasekaran, Principal (in-charge), Alagar, Head, Department of Commerce, and V Sampath, Controller of Examinations.
