Yamaha inks MoU with TDR Polytechnic

Two-wheeler maker Yamaha has signed a memorandum of understanding with TDR Polytechnic, located in Nalgonda district, for setting up Yamaha Training School (YTS) at the institute premises.

A press release from the company said the corporate social responsibility initiative is to promote and encourage relatively indigent youngsters, both male and female, acquire technical knowledge and expertise.

Job-oriented technical training in two-wheeler repair and servicing that meets industry standards is to be provided to them. Technical experts from Yamaha Technical Academy, the company’s training division, would provide support in conducting the programme.
