Mahmood Ali offers prayers at dargah

Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali visited Syed Shah Khatal Hussaini Dargah in Kollampally village of Narayanpet mandal in Mahabubnagar district and participated in the 11th Sarva Dharma Sammelan. The event was organised on the occasion of 50 years Khilafath felicitation of Syed Jalal Hussaini, Syed Shah Khatal Hussaini Dargah, the caretaker.

On the occasion, Mr. Mahmood Ali offered chadar and prayers at the shrine and prayed for more rains and prosperity of people of Telangana. Speaking at the event, he stressed upon the Ganga-Jamuna tehzeb being propagated by the government of Telangana under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. He said every religion teaches us to respect each other and to live in peace and harmony.

Later, he released a book titled Chand Ka Jalal , narrating 50 years of contributions of Syed Jalal Hussaini. S. Rajender Reddy, MLA Narayanpet, C. Ram Mohan Reddy, MLA Makthal, Srinivas Goud, MLA Mahabubnagar, and other religious leaders were present on the occasion.
