KTR inspects nalas in city

K. Taraka Rama Rao, Minister of MA&UD along with GHMC Mayor B. Rammohan and officials inspected various nalas across the city.

He informed that Rs. 30 crore were allotted for removal of debris from the nalas and the works will be completed before monsoon.

The Minister appealed to the industrialist, manufacturers and hoteliers to not allow pollutants and chemicals in to Musi river and help restore the administration in restoring its past glory.

The Minister also informed that a meeting will be conducted with the Pollution Control Board and all connected departments to chalk out an action plan in making a clean city.
