Jewellery stolen

Thirty-three sovereigns of gold jewellery were stolen in three different incidents in and around Pollachi on Tuesday. In the first incident N Senthilamani (45) of Avalchinnampalayam realised that 13 sovereigns of jewellery and Rs. 38,000 was stolen from her wallet when she was travelling in a private bus. In the second incident, the backdoor of the house of S. Jesudass of Ramnagar at Nallur was tampered and 10 sovereigns gold jewellery was stolen. In another incident two youth riding a motorcycle snatched the gold chain of from Jothi while she was walking.
