Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and Jaggi Vasudev of Isha Yoga Center will take part in the finale of Isha Gramotsavam to be held at Codissia Trade Fair grounds on September 4.
Isha Gramotsavam celebrates the rural spirit of villagers in Tamil Nadu. About 640 teams and 7,680 players participated in kabbadi and cricket matches conducted during the month of August.
The finals of Isha Rejuvenation Cup 2015 volleyball and throw ball matches will take place on September 4 evening at Codissia. Winners of all games will receive their trophies from Sachin Tendulkar and Jaggi Vasudev. The programme begins at 10 a.m. with traditional games such as Kabaddi, Uri Adi, Silambattam and Vazhukkumaram along with a village food festival. Village folk dances and music concerts have also organised.
