Events lined up for Car-free Sundays in Coimbatore

Car-Free Sundays, an initiative of The Hindu Tamil in partnership with Coimbatore Corporation and Coimbatore City Traffic Police, will be held from 6.30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on June 26 on NSR Road, Saibaba Colony.

The 15th week will commence with fitness activity by Beethoven Fitness, followed by Vignesh Prabu's magic show. The events also include ‘doll dance’ by Chandru, a dance performance by students of CMS College. Vijayakarthikeyan, Corporation Commissioner, will preside over Sriguru College’s tree plantation and free saplings distribution function. The Hindu English is the media partner and Radio City is the radio partner.
