Deepika Padukone in Finding Fanny

Deepika Padukone in Finding Fanny

Comic in serious trouble?

Kapil Sharma, for whom life was a breeze until last week (with one commercial endorsement plus the three-film YashRaj deal) has had a rather rough time in the last couple of days. First of all, there was a reported Twitter spat with Kamaal R Khan, where it is still not known who needled whom because Kapil has now deleted his tweets. Soon after that came the news that he has been ousted from the much-hyped YashRaj project Bank Chor in which he had secured the lead! While nothing has been cleared by either parties about what happened, YashRaj sent out a note, saying they will work together “in future when the time is right”. Reports suggest that the stand-up comic was getting too big for his boots. What happens to the three-film deal?

Murder on her mind

Deepika Padukone has got murderous intentions. And it is not just her looks as it is now evident. In the upcoming Homi Adajania film Finding Fanny , Deepika plays a girl named Angie. She seems to be the regular attractive type till you notice that blood-stained butcher’s knife in her hand. It is being said that the actress has played a character like never before in the movie. The story is about a man on a mission to find his long-lost love and a motley group of people who join hands with him.
