Cinematographer-turned-actor Natarajan Subramaniam aka Natty will play an “extremely stylish character” in the upcoming thriller Bongu , which will go on floors in December. “This role will be in contrast to those he’s played so far,” a source from the film’s unit says. “It’s a road film, and we will be shooting it across locations including Chennai, Mumbai, Dindigul and Madurai.”

Ruhi Singh, last seen in Madhur Bhandarkar’s CalendarGirls , will play the female lead in this film to be directed by debutant Tej.

The source reveals that the film is about the lives of four car thieves, and is being produced by RT Infinity. Kishore, Atul Kulkarni and Sharath Lohitashwa will also be playing important roles in Bongu .
