If you happen to be somewhere close to Lavelle Road, do hop into Gallery-G to view a magnificent work of art, the gallery has recently acquired.

It is a rare work of art depicting Sir Afsar-i-Jang Bahadur in British uniform, who was ADC to the Nizam of Hyderabad. Later he also became the honarary ADC to Lord Hardinge, Viceroy of India.

The six by ten feet oil painting was done by the legendary British painter Sir Abott.

The work was given to Krishna Reddy by Sir Afsar's grand nephew The Late Nawab of Savanur, a princely state in British India. Gitanjali says very few places has works like these and she will only sell the work who understands its real value.

The work has been displayed in the atrium area.
