Tamil actor Dhanush, whom we loved in Raanjhanna, is all set to work with an Oscar-nominated actress in his big international film The Extraordinary Journey Of A Fakir.
According to a report in Variety, Berenice Bejo, who starred in The Artist, has been signed on.
Directed by Starbuck maker Ken Scott, the film will also star Erin Moriarty, Barkhad Abdi, Laurent Lafitte and Abel Jafri.
It will be shot in May in Mumbai, Paris, Brussels and Rome.
The film is based on Romain Puértolas’ bestselling debut 2014 novel, The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir Who Got Trapped in an Ikea Wardrobe, which has been translated into 35 languages.
