Which of these movies are YOU looking forward to?

The month of July saw a number of big Tamil releases -- Kamal Haasan's Papanasam, followed by the spectacular Baahubali, and then Dhanush's Maari.

The last weekend has three more big releases coming up -- Sakalakala Vallavan Appatakkar, Orange Mittai and Idhu Enna Maayam.

Here's a closer look at what these movies are about:

Sakalakala Vallavan Appatakkar

Director Suraj, who is known for his movies like Marudhamalai and Padikathavan, returns with an action comedy titled, Sakalakala Vallavan Appatakkar.

The film stars Jayam Ravi, whose Romeo Juliet released just last month.

Actress Trisha plays the female lead.

Anjali, who was last seen in the 2013 comedy caper Settai, is back after a brief hiatus from Tamil films.

The film also features comedy actors Vivek, Soori, Naan Kadavul Rajendran and veteran actor Prabhu.

Produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers, the film has music by S Thaman.

The director's last film Alex Pandian, starring Karthi and Anushka Shetty, was a disaster.

Orange Mittai

Vijay Sethupathi, who created a sensation as a 40-year old eccentric kidnapper in Nalan Kumarasamy's Soodhu Kavvum, is back as a cranky old 55-year-old in his latest venture Orange Mittai (Orange candy).

He not only plays the lead role, but has also written the dialogues and produced the film under the banner Vijay Sethupathi Productions.

The film is directed by acclaimed director-cinematographer Biju Viswanath, who is known for his films like A Voyage, Deja vu and Urdu film Parwaaz. His films have won several International Awards.

Besides Vijay Sethupathi, the film also has Ramesh Thilak and Aashritha in significant roles.

Orange Mittai has music by Justin Prabhakaran.

Idhu Enna Maayam

Idhu Enna Maayam is a romantic comedy directed by Vijay of Madrasapattinam fame. The film is produced by Sarathkumar, Raadhika and Listin Stephen under the banner Magic Frames.

Vikram Prabhu and Malayalam actress Keerthi Suresh play the lead roles, supported by Kavya Shetty, Nassar, Ambika and RJ Balaji.

The film has music by GV Prakash Kumar.

With Vijay's previous films -- Thalaivaa (2013) and Saivam (2014) -- doing extremely well at the box office, expectations are high for Idhu Enna Maayam.
