Allu Arjun to star alongside Varun Dhawan in ABCD 2

Allu Arjun appears in a cameo in ABCD2, directed by Remo D’Souza.

 

This will be the Telugu superstar’s first appearance in a Hindi film.

It is well known that Arjun is a good dancer and often shows off his dancing prowess in his Telugu films.

Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhudeva are also in the cast of ABCD2.

Vishnu Manchu has founded the Vishnu Manchu Art Foundation which was inaugurated in Tirupathi with a gala opening.

VMAF will promote gifted young artists as well as educate and support aspiring artists.

“I believe people with an artistic bent should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. VMAF’s objective is to help aspiring and growing artists to expand the reach of their creativity.

“It is a first-of- its-kind initiative in India; it is truly integrated with art,” said Vishnu. 

VMAF will hold a series of Make Art, Show Art and Beyond Art programmes each year.

Vishnu Manchu also plans to make a documentary film covering these activities.

Nani bounces back

Nani made a mark in the Telugu film industry by choosing good films. He has also worked in Tamil films.

Though his last two films, Paisa (Telugu) and Aaha Kalyanam (Tamil), did not fare well at the box office, Nani is ready with two back-to-back Ugadi festival releases: Jenda Pai Kapiraju (the long-delayed film of Samuthirakani) and Yevade Subrahmanyam, directed by a newcomer Nag Ashwin.

Nani plays his first double-role in Jendapai Kapiraju.

In 2010, six friends who went into the jungle with a camera disappeared.

The camera was found by the forest department and all the footage shot by one of the six has been edited into a film with the permission of the forest department.

This ‘new’ film has been titled Chitram Kadu Nijam (It’s not Cinema but Reality).

Good Cinema Group, which is behind films such as Ee Rojullo, Romance, Villa and Sri Shailendra is jointly producing Chitram Kadu Nijam.
