Mumbai, May 25 : Actress Kriti Sanon says singer Neha Kakkar's voice brings smile to her face.

Kriti, along with her "Raabta" co-star Sushant Singh Rajput, appeared on children's singing reality show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs Season 6", where Neha appears as a mentor alongside singer Javed Ali and Bollywood composer-singer-actor Himesh Reshammiya.

"There are a very few singers whose smile you can feel through their singing. Every time I hear Neha Kakkar singing, it brings a smile to my face," Kriti said in a statement.

Praising the young contestants on the Zee TV show, Sushant, who got fame through TV show "Pavitra Rishta", said: "The purity and innocence with which these kids sang their songs are the qualities that differentiate a great actor from a good actor."
"I once read a book in which the author remarked, 'An artist should be like a child first', and the kids' performance reminded me of that. I thank Zee TV for my success... Zee is my family, my home who gave me the courage to see the dreams and chase them."
The episode of "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs Season 6" featuring Sushant and Kriti will be aired on Saturday.

-*-Nirbhay Wadhwa lifted by 18 men to fly like Hanuman It took 18 men to make actor Nirbhay Wadhwa 'fly' like Lord Hanuman while shooting for a scene in popular TV show "Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan".

This happened after the harness didn't come handy.

"We had a fight sequence where I was supposed to fight Lord Shiva and while doing this, the harness gave way. Since we had to shoot the particular sequence that day, the production team decided to lend their men and pick me up and complete the shot," Nirbhay said in a statement.

"The rest would be cleared from our VFX team. We had 18 men pick me up and we successfully gave the shot. This was the first time we did something like this and although I had hurt myself during the harness break, I am glad I pulled off the remaining sequence with ease thanks to our crew," he added.

"Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan" is aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

-*-Screaming makes Param Singh 'lose voice'
Actor Param Singh, who is currently seen as Rangeela in TV show "Ghulaam", says he has ended up with a bad throat after getting too engrossed in the shoot.

Param was supposed to shoot a scene where he had to raise his voice and scream at Chaudhary (Bhagwan Tiwari), for his unruly behaviour towards Rangeela and his mother.

"I loved doing the scene, as it had so many emotions connected to it, there was a mix of anger, helplessness, and the feeling of being heart-broken and crestfallen," Param said in a statement.

"I have lost my voice and now for my shots I am using my low tone to converse with people, and deliver my dialogues," he added.

"Ghulaam" is aired on Life OK.
