According to the details given by authorities on Thursday, Divisional Commissioner S.N. Rupla will take stock of the preparation before the fair is inaugurated on January 5.
Rupla asked the officers not to compromise on the facilities and security preparations and to videograph all the sectors of the fair. The Municipal Corporation Gwalior will handle the cleanlines and sanitary arrangements.
A strong strategy for security has been made. Besides the police posts, a round-a-clock control room will be set up, Superintendent of POlice Ashish said.
