Mumbai, July 12 : Actress Nausheen Ali Sardar, who has previously appeared in shows like "Kkusum" and "Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga", will return to the small screen with popular TV show "Gangaa".
Nausheen will be seen doing a cameo in the show as Rahat, a ruthless and authoritative woman.
"I am very excited to be part of 'Gangaa'. I was consciously looking at doing a strong women oriented role and then Rahat came into my life.
"Rahat's life mission is to lend a helping hand to women in distress but not in a charitable way, but by inspiring and encouraging them to fight their own battles and not give up. Gangaa's indomitable spirit and resilience is what will attract her. I am really excited and looking forward to playing this character," she added.
"Gangaa", aired on &TV, showcases the story about a girl's indomitable spirit and her will to survive.
The show also features Aditi Sharma and Vishal Vashishtha.
