Jammu, March 14 : Mohammad Shafi, the protem speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly will administer the oath to the elected MLAs on Tuesday.
Shafi shall administer the oath to all the elected members at 10 a.m., a communication issued by the secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir assembly said here.
Though the 12th assembly was constituted last December, the members could not be administered oath of office because the state was put under the Governor's Rule in January.
Governor N.N. Vohra has summoned the budget session of the assembly on March 18.
The Mufti Mohammad Sayeed-led PDP-BJP coalition government will present its annual budget during the session in Jammu.
