Gurgaon, April 28 : A 25-year-old man was Monday arrested here for raping a 22-year-old woman from Uttarakhand, police said.
The accused Monu was known to the woman living here in Sikanderpur area in a rented accommodation.
The woman told police she was raped by Monu in October last year.
The accused lives in the same neighbourhood.
The woman and the accused both work at mobile phone outlets but knew each other.
After medical examination of the woman, the accused was arrested on rape charges, said Assistant Commissioner of Police Rao Dalbir Singh.
