Tera Software, announced that the company has received Letter of Intent (LoI) from Government of Karnataka, Centre for e-Governance, Bangalore on Sept.29, 2014. The award of contract is for establishing Permanent Aadhaar Enrolment Centers at 865 locations across Karnataka. The total order value is Rs 161.8 million to be completed in 8 weeks period.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.2, or 5.08%, to trade at Rs 24.80. The total volume of shares traded was 5,051 at the BSE (11.07 a.m., Tuesday).
