Buy Reliance Capital; sell Motherson Sumi Systems: Ashwani Gujral

Ashwani Gujral of ashwanigujral.com told CNBC-TV18, "The ADAG Group is showing lots of traction. So, that is a place where people can buy. Reliance Capital is a buy with a stop loss of Rs 600 and target of Rs 635." 

"Motherson Sumi Systems is a sell with a stop loss of Rs 361 and target of Rs 345. L&T Finance is also a sell with a stop loss of Rs 124 and target of Rs 116," he said. 

"I think that Sobha has bottomed out, and for that matter, most real estate stocks have bottomed out. Maybe it is a real estate regulator which is due to come, etc. However, a lot of these stocks are showing upside even in markets which may not be very conducive. So, definitely the longer term trend on Sobha is now up and all declines should be bought. I think levels of Rs 450, etc. should not be out of question."
