Realty player Tata Housing along with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) today launched a social networking platform for brokers to standardise brokerage practices.
"The platform 'Bandhan' is the first social network for brokers that aims at introducing standardised and transparent brokerage practices amidst a very large unorganised broker community, for the eventual benefit of consumers," Tata Housing said in a statement.
Apart from training, the platform will also enable brokers to list the entire secondary market housing stock.
Rajasthan-based solar EPC firm Rays Power Experts has commissioned 10 KW solar roof top plant for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (DMRC).
"This was the first project out of the 7 MW that we have been awarded by the Delhi Metro. Essentially we are doing this 7 MW on the stretch of line 5--right from this Kashmere Gate to Nangloi and Mundka metro stations," company's Director Rahul Gupta said.
He added, we would be covering probably one lakh square feet of roof areas including the sheds, workshops, metro stations and the depots.
PosterGully raises USD 1,60,000 from angel investors PosterGully, a curated marketplace for artists and designers, has raised USD 1,60,000 (around Rs 1.02 crore) from a group of angel investors.
The funding would be mainly utilised in hiring, marketing, growing the authentic artist community, expanding the product mix and building a strong mobile presence, it said in a statement.
The round was led by Natarajan Iyer, former consultant at Egon Zehnder. Others who participated in this round were Rajesh Sawhney, Nish Bhutani, Vivek Mulchandani, Virtu Propdeal, Vikram Saxena, Mineral Enterprises, Bhavika Enclave and Anuj Chowdhary.
