    Brigade Ent. Q3 PAT may dip 6.5% to Rs 30 cr: HDFC Securities

    HDFC Securities has come out with its third quarter (October-December) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Brigade Enterprices to report net profit at Rs 30 crore down 6.5% quarter-on-quarter.

    Net Sales are expected to decrease by 4.7 percent Q-o-Q (down 15.5 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 430 crore, according to HDFC Securities.

    Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 2.8 percent Q-o-Q (down 6.9 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 120 crore.
